Delivery Information
We offer nationwide delivery in England and Wales and Scotland. We are able to offer product sales into Scotland and Northern Ireland however we're unable to offer pre-noon delivery to these areas. We are currently unable to send perishable items north of the border.
We ship all over UK mainland using APC, DPD and Hermes couriers, with next day and no rush options available to most postcodes (mainland UK). Certain limitations and surcharges apply to addresses the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and outlying islands and rural areas.
If you are ordering to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Shetland please note that we can only ship certain items outside mainland UK – mainly dry goods and non fragile goods. No drinks, jars or fresh items can be shipped.
Shipping Options
Our No Rush standard courier deliveries will be shipped from our warehouse within 7 working days from placing your order with an overnight service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details and you can expect delivery the following day (unless your order is dispatched on a Friday, then you can expect delivery on the following Monday).
Please note that we will only dispatch orders during the week and we are unable to dispatch orders containing chilled or frozen goods on Fridays to prevent them from being in transit over the weekend.
No Rush standard shipping fee is £6.99 flat fee inclusive of VAT. It is free for orders over £50 (to most mainland UK postcodes).
Next Day Delivery Orders placed before 12 pm between Monday and Thursday are eligible for Next Day Guaranteed delivery. If you have a deadline by which you need your order, or live outside of the delivery zones outlined above, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Next Day Delivery fee is £8.99 flat fee inclusive of VAT. It is free for orders over £70 (to most UK mainland UK postcodes).
Please note that orders placed after 12 pm on a Thursday will NOT be dispatched until Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We do not ship or deliver over the weekend unless you have specifically chosen Saturday delivery as your shipping option.

Note: Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. In some cases we may be able to resend or reroute a parcel that is returned to us or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address but this is subject to charge; starting from £15 (subject to change).
